Citizen Zealot

These citizens go above and beyond snitching on their neighbors. They whole-heartedly believe in the nonsense those who have taken power are peddling. They want a piece of that power too. Some go on to leading others in the atrocities taking place. Some do that and then are murdered themselves when their usefulness runs out - the top leaders can't have competent people running around that could cause problems later, of course.
